Acceptable Use Policy

• Access, or try to access, data or accounts you are not allowed to see, including by getting around roles, module switches or the database's access rules
• Share your sign-in with anyone, or use another person's account without permission
• Issue false invoices, alter or hide sales, or use KinMol to evade tax
• Record payments that did not happen, or misuse dues, refunds or voids
• Place orders from a table you are not seated at, or interfere with another table's order
• Upload or send content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone's rights
• Send unsolicited bulk email, or use a business mailbox or a business's domain for spam or phishing
• Pretend to be another business or person, or register a business you have no authority to act for
• Upload malware, or code meant to disrupt or damage the Service
• Scrape or systematically extract data outside the export tools we provide
• Reverse engineer the platform, except where the law allows it
• Disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated requests

Businesses and their staff are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what they enter and publish, including prices, tax details, menus, websites and messages. KinMol may, but does not have to, remove content that clearly breaks this policy.

If you see a breach of this policy, a security concern or a sign of unauthorised access, report it straight away to hello@kinmol.com. We take these reports seriously and investigate promptly.

Depending on how serious it is, a breach may lead to a warning, suspension of a feature, or suspension or closure of an account or a business. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
