Refund Policy

Charges apply only to the usage listed on our pricing page. Selling, invoicing, the books and the other core features are free.

Billing is not switched on yet, and nothing is charged today. The detailed refund terms for usage and packages will be published on this page before any charge is taken, and every business owner will be told first.

If you are charged for usage that did not happen, or charged twice, we refund it in full. Write to us with the date and amount of the charge.

Money a customer pays a business through KinMol is paid to the business. Refunds of those payments are a matter for the business, under its own policy.
